Why teachers are S-tier as a category

S — Any teacher on your Awards pair
Put staff on the soloist and the group core described in the dancer list. Idle teachers in an empty second story are a waste of a pack. Working teachers on the two routines you will actually submit are S-tier play, even if the NPC name is “Teacher 2.”
A — Extra staff after the pair is covered
Once the Awards pair is training, a second teacher on bench dancers is A-tier. It prepares the next soloist when you pull someone better. It is not more important than enrolment Cash. If hiring a third teacher would delay filling rooms, hire later.
B — Duplicate staff
If teachers can duplicate like dancers, park extras until a merge or upgrade path is documented. Do not assume you can vendor them. The studio has been quiet on staff-specific merge; dancer merge is the thing owners already asked about.
C — Cosmetic coaches
If a future pack sells a famous-name coach as a skin with no extra stat, that is C-tier until proven otherwise. Shannon Atkins was billed as a guest appearance, not as a hireable with a published stat line. Do not blow Gems chasing a judge skin thinking it raises ELO.
Hiring order vs pack order
- Enrol so Cash exists.
- Place the first teacher on the soloist.
- Place the next on the group core.
- Open teacher-capable packs only if you still have empty staff slots.
- Then consider dancer packs and songs.
That order matches train dancers. It disagrees with every “OPEN ALL PACKS” thumbnail, which is the point.
Teachers and the building
Bigger studios earn more, but only if they are staffed. A second story without teachers is a mall. Buy space, hire, then DESIGN the pretty floor. Update 1 made the two-story dream visible; it did not replace the need for staff.
Teachers and Awards weekend
The Awards packing list says train your dancers. That is this page. A Champion title on Roblox Awards is a trained pair plus a routine with formations, not a lucky costume. If your ELO is stuck, hire before you choreograph another minute of empty movement — create a routine still needs stats underneath the pictures.
