Run a Dance Studio Players and studios
Who is on the board, which studios win, and how ELO is shown.
Run a Dance Studio is already keeping score in public. Dance Interactive posts leaderboards, asks “what’s your current ELO?”, and named a Studio of the Month before the live build even left the lobby. If you want to know who to watch — or which names keep appearing next to JWDA — start here.
This hub splits into two pages:
- Leaderboard and ELO — the ranking language the studio uses, early names, and how cross-server comps make one board.
- Top studios — JWDA, DANSA, Dance Mafia, Elite Superstars, Ace Dance Works, and how a studio brand shows up at comps.
Why a players hub exists this early
Most Roblox tycoons hide the 1% behind private servers. Dance Interactive did the opposite: competitions are the same event no matter which server you joined, Awards cap at 24 entrants per server, and the studio account screenshots boards. That means a fan wiki can name names without pretending we have an API dump.
What we will not do is invent win counts or claim someone is “#1 forever.” Boards move. The 31 August Studio of the Month post listed a pre-launch lobby score for JWDA in the billions of points — that was a lobby event, not your live ELO. Live boards in early September highlighted Elite Superstars and Ace Dance Works. Both facts can be true in different modes.
How to use these pages
- Read leaderboard so you know what ELO is asking for (trained stats + routines + qualification).
- Read top studios before you copy a name onto your sign — some names are already taken in the culture even if the string is free in-game.
- Cross-check with competitions so you are not chasing a board you have not qualified for.
- Cross-check with the dancer tier list so you are not blaming ELO when the roster is the problem.
Featured people (public, not a rumor mill)
Dance Interactive also pulled real dancers into the roster. Launch posts introduced Roblox versions of @ashalovestodance and @lilkira_jc, with more reveals promised. A later post billed a special guest appearance by competitive-dance judge Shannon Atkins. Those are content and roster facts, not “best player” claims. They belong in top studios and the dancer list because owners will search those names.
If you want the mechanical path onto the same boards, skip the celebrity list and open getting started, then train dancers. Fame in this game is a byproduct of Cash, Gems, and a routine that survives judges.
